Alcohol 120% CD Burning Utility

Alcohol 120% is a disk image and burning utility created and produced by Alcohol-Soft. When the Alcohol 120% application is installed, the Alcohol toolbar automatically installs as an add-on to Internet Explorer. To completely remove the Alcohol toolbar from the browser, the Alcohol 120% application needs to be uninstalled. However, a workaround in the Internet Explorer "Tools" options will allow the user to disable the Alcohol toolbar so that the bar does not appear in the browser.

Instructions

    • 1

Open Internet Explorer and click the "Tools" option from the top navigation bar.

    • 2

      Click the "Manage Add-ons" option.

    • 3

Click "Enable or Disable Add-ons" from the context menu.

    • 4

Highlight the "Alcohol Soft Toolbar" option and click "Disable."

    • 5

Close and re-open Internet Explorer. The Alcohol 120% toolbar will not show in the browser.
