Cover your whole car or just the widows with car tarp. This is an option that serves the same purpose as a garage and is basically an improvised shelter, to keep the temperature at least slightly above the freezing level. Also, this is not a solution available and possible for all car owners, so make sure to follow the next few steps as well.

Spray a commercial frost free car window solution all over your car windows at least every day. Note that it is always best to spray your car windows in the evening and let them stay like that overnight. There are various commercial grade solutions that can be found in any car cosmetic shop. If you don't want to buy a special defrost solution, you can always make your own.
