How to Transfer DVD-ROM Software Into CD-ROM Softwarethumbnail
Copy software from a DVD to a CD.

Computer software often comes on either a CD or DVD. As long as the programming is not password protected and the programming on the DVD is not more than 700 megabytes, it is possible to copy the files from a DVD to a CD. Burning the software onto a CD is different than copying the information onto a DVD, as writable CDs are less expensive than its larger DVD component.
