Connect a wireless router to a USB modem

A USB modem allows you to connect products such as printers and scanners to multiple computers on the network. However, some modems do have Ethernet cable connections. With this cable connection it is possible to attach a Linksys wireless router to the modem. Once a wireless router is connected to the modem you may receive wireless signals on nearby laptop and desktop computers (both Mac- and Windows-based).
