Search the website Justice, Nebraska's court records database, for records. Justice allows access to information about cases in all of Nebraska's 93 county and district courts, except Douglas County District Court. For information related to Douglas County, call the court at 402-444-4869.
Justice is accessed by visiting a public access terminal in the courthouse where the record occurred and performing a free search. You can also pay an annual $50 subscription fee to access Nebraska.gov, a portal that grants access to the Justice system online. You can search using the Justice Court Case One-Time search database for $15.00. It yields detailed information on up to 30 cases for no additional charge.
