Instructions

  1. Lights or Natural Repellant

    • 1

Place flashing lights three to four feet apart around your garden.

    • 2

Turn on the flashing lights at night, when raccoons tend to begin scavenging for food.

    • 3

Evenly sprinkle black or hot pepper around your garden, forming a complete circle around the area.

    Coyote Urine

    • 4

Purchase coyote urine online at a pest-control site.

    • 5

Evenly spray coyote urine around the garden. Avoid spraying the coyote urine directly on your fruits and vegetables.

    • 6

Repeat the spraying process every two weeks or after a rain or thunderstorm occurs, as the rain washes away the urine.

Tips & Warnings

  • Store coyote urine underneath your kitchen sink or in a room-temperature area.

  • Raccoons should not be confronted, as they can attack if they feel threatened.
