How to Check Your GED Results
After a lot of preparation and hard work, you have finally completed your GED examination. Now, it's time to find out how if you have passed and learn how well you have done on the test. The American Council on Education (ACE) oversees the GED Testing Service, which in turn administers the GED exam at local testing centers across the country. You may request a copy of your transcripts either from your local testing center or from the national ACE office using one of three methods.

Visit the GED Testing Service Testing Center Locator website. Here, you will enter your zip code in order to find the complete contact information for your local testing center.

Return to your testing center. The testing center will be able to give you a copy of your transcript as well as provide you information on how to interpret the test scores.

Request your transcript by phone or mail. If you are not able to return to the testing center in your area, you can call or write it to ask that a copy of your test scores be sent to you directly through the mail.

Use the online request form. You can also use the ACE online services "Transcript Request Form" link to request the national office send you a copy. If you elect to use this method, you will be required to pay a fee of $14, as of 2010, per copy.
