How to Give a Good Wedding Engagement Toast
Many couples will throw an engagement party to share the happiness and good news of their betrothal. Traditionally, the father of the bride-to-be will give a speech, but this honor may fall on the best man, or the father of the groom. As with all speeches, the speaker will want to make it memorable and enjoyable. Good preparation and thanking those who have contributed to the occasion are important parts of the speech to remember.
