How to Become an Accredited Staging Professional
Professional home staging is the art of detailing and depersonalizing a home so that it will offer a "model" appearance to potential buyers. Website Staged Homes states that this method provides the best opportunity for real estate agents to sell a home at top dollar. Real Estate Agent, Barb Schwarz, developed the concept of the Accredited Staging Professional (ASP). Accreditation requires completion of a training course. Once accredited, graduates can start their own business, enhance a real estate service or work for a design firm.
