1. Obtain your credit score from any of the three credit bureaus: TransUnion, Equifax or Experian. Instant credit card approval almost always requires credit rating typically starting at 600, with more instant approval cards becoming available at about 620 to 630.

2. Apply online for the card of your choice. Several credit card issuers accept online applications for instant approval, either through their own website or through a third-party website offering their instant approvals.

3. Enter the required information for the credit card application, such as: name, social security number, address and phone number. Ensure that your information as correct, as instant decisions depend on factually correct information. Errors impede decision times and will result in a rejection.
