Tutorial for Microsoft Publisher 2007
Microsoft Publisher 2007 lets you make professional-looking documents like posters and newsletters that are ready for printing. This desktop publishing application caters to people with little experience in desktop publishing. It comes with hundreds of customizable templates and allows more experienced users to create publications from scratch. The interface resembles other Microsoft Office applications so new users can create a custom publication in a few steps.

Tips & Warnings
You can change the template, page size, color schemes, font schemes and other page options at any time by using the "Format Publication" pane. If you cannot see this pane, click the "View" menu and select "Task Pane." Then click on the task pane label and select "Format Publication."
If you made text and graphic edits to the template and decide on changing the template to another style, note that some of the edits may not be transferred to the new design. To avoid loss of data, make a backup copy of the publication before switching templates and see if all the changes are carried over to the new template.
