Put on rubber gloves to protect your hands while cleaning. Use a paper towel to blot up the urine if you are dealing with a fresh incident.

Spray an enzyme-based cleaner safe safe for hardwood floors directly on the urine spot. Allow the cleaner to sit on the stain for five minutes, allowing enough time for the cleaner to work.
