You should not submit an application until you complete the education course. Once the course is complete, you must submit the application within six months. If you wait beyond six months you will have to repeat the course.

Fill out the notary application and send it to the following address:

Your application is returned if it is not completely filled out or does not include all items.

Obtain a $10,000 bond within 45 days of acceptance, which is used to guarantee a notary's duties. You can receive a bond from several agents who offer different pricing options for bonding.
