How to Remove a Godaddy Banner

GoDaddy is a popular Web hosting company. When you purchase a domain name from GoDaddy, you are able to design a free website. However, once you have designed your website, you will notice that GoDaddy places a GoDaddy banner on the top of your website. This banner may distract viewers from the information on your website as well as reduce the aesthetic quality of your website. Fortunately, there is a simple way to remove the GoDaddy banner.

Instructions

1. Log in to your GoDaddy account.

2. Click on "Page Designer."

3. Click on the page that is displaying the ad.

4. Copy and Paste the following text into the "Head" section of the page.

5. Click "Save." The next time you view your website, the GoDaddy banner will not be present.
