How to Use a Bradley Smoker
Bradley smokers are designed to produce a continuous flow of hot or cold smoke with which to flavor, preserve or cook food. The smokers can be set to cold smoke to flavor or preserve food or to hot smoke to cook it. They use compacted wood "bisquettes," which come in a variety of flavors. There are several models available and these fall into the two main categories of "original smokers" and "digital smokers." Does this Spark an idea?
