How to Create Drawing Games
Making a drawing game for kids can be as simple as coming up with a connect-the-dots puzzle. These games entertain children while helping them learn to count and be creative. While there are websites online that allow you to create connect-the-dot games, you can make one on your own using paper, pencil and an eraser.

1
Draw a picture on a blank sheet of paper using a pencil. A simple picture, without much detail, is best. If you aren't good at drawing, use a stencil or trace a picture from a coloring book or an image found online. Do not apply a lot of pressure when drawing; a light sketch works best for this project.
-
2
Draw dots throughout the picture along the lines of the drawing. The dots should be bigger than the line they are drawn on.
-
-
3
Darken in the dots using a pen or marker.
-
4
Choose a dot on the left side of the drawing, and write a "1" next to it with a pen or marker.
-
5
Label the next dot in a rightward path along the drawing's outline with a "2." Label the subsequent dots along the outline with a "3," "4" and so on, until all have been labeled. Do not skip curves or loops in the drawing.
-
6
Erase all pencil lines of the drawing. If there are any ghost lines left behind, use a better eraser such as a gum eraser.
