How to Test Your Body's PH Level
When your bodily fluids (blood, etc.) contain too much acidity or alkalinity, it can throw everything off. To determine the acidity in your body you must perform a pH balance test. There are a few different tests that can be taken to determine your body's pH balance. Once the level has been determined, you must either work at raising or lowering your pH balance. A simple diet change can often make a significant difference.
