How to Cook With an Indoor Electric Grill
Grilling does not require perfect weather outside. During inclement weather, an indoor electric grill gives your food the same grill marks as an outdoor barbecue from the comfort of your kitchen. Cooking with an indoor electric grill follows similar procedures as cooking on an electric stovetop, but the food sits directly on the grill rather than in a cooking pot. This contact with the grates yields the desired marks from grilling. Does this Spark an idea?

Plug in the grill, turn the thermostat to high heat and leave to preheat for 10 minutes.

6
Unplug the grill after use and let cool completely before removing the grate and drip pan for hand washing.
