Instructions

    • 1

Hold your breath when putting on the goggles. The hot air from your mouth and nose may cause the goggles to fog while you are placing the eye wear on your head.

    • 2

Spit on your fingers and rub the inside of the goggles. This removes the fogging and acts as a temporary coating to keep the fogging from accruing again.

    • 3

Make the goggles tight around your face. The tighter the goggles are the less of a chance it has to fog up.

    • 4

Spray anti-fog spray onto the glasses. This coats the plastic, preventing it from fogging up. You need to reapply this every few hours to ensure your goggles do not fog up.
