How to Improve the Quality of Downloaded Images in the Browser Settings
Web browsers such as Microsoft's Internet Explorer have a default setting in which images are automatically resized in order to make for faster downloading of the webpage content. Unfortunately, this default setting can sometimes distort the image. To improve the quality of the images downloaded in the browser, you can change the settings of the browser.

Open the Internet Explorer web browser.

Click on the "Tools" menu on the top left of the screen. The Tools menu is located between the "Favorites" and "Help" menus.

Select "Internet Options" from the drop-down menu, and a pop-up labeled "Internet Options" appears.

Click the "Advanced" tab located on the top right of the Internet Options pop-up window.

Scroll down the list until you see the "Multimedia" options. Notice a box with a green checkmark to the left of the "Enable automatic image resizing" option.

Click on the box directly to the left of the "Enable automatic image resizing" option. The checkmark is removed.

Click the "Apply" button located on the bottom right of the Internet Options pop-up, and the automatic image resizing feature is disabled from the browser.

Click the "OK" button located on the bottom right of the Internet Options pop-up to close the pop-up window.
