How to Clean Carpet With Ammonia
The longer carpet stays dirty, the more difficult it becomes to clean. Ammonia is a colorless liquid, which you can use as an all-purpose cleaner to remove carpet stains. It is effective at cleaning up blood, soft drinks, chocolate, glue, urine and fecal matter from carpet. Since ammonia has a very strong odor, you should dilute it with water and use sparingly. Proper air ventilation is required in the room while cleaning with ammonia.
