Homemade Streak Free Eye Glass Cleaner

Clean eyeglasses with a homemade cleaner.

Many people wear eyeglasses on a daily basis, and the smallest smudge or streak can be a serious irritant that bothers you all day. When considering which cleaning products you should use to clean your eyeglasses, realize that many commercial glass cleaning products leave a residue behind, and most eyeglass cleaning products are expensive. Instead, make a homemade streak-free eyeglass cleaner from inexpensive, highly effective cleaning ingredients that you probably already have on hand.

Things You'll Need

• Travel-sized bottle with lid
• Water
• Vinegar
• Microfiber cloth

Instructions

1. Pour equal parts water and white vinegar into a travel-sized bottle with lid.

2. Pour 2 drops of the solution onto each eyeglass lens.

3. Wipe the lenses clean with a dry microfiber cloth. The vinegar dries streak-free, and is effective in removing smudges, body oils and dirt that build up on the eyeglasses daily.

4. Store this bottle in your home and use as needed.
