The team at Beachbody -- creator of P90X -- is aware that success can be measured. That's why they suggest taking pictures before you start the P90X workouts as a way to say "goodbye" to the old you. And the after photo will stand as a testament to your hard work and dedication. Shooting before and after pictures isn't extremely difficult and may serve as further motivation for your journey into becoming fit.
