SonicWALL is a firewall program that is used to protect a computer from unauthorized access, whether on the Internet or through a virtual private network. SonicWALL's clients range from individual users of personal computers to large government entities. SonicWALL can be keep users from viewing any website. Due to this feature, some users may feel the need to learn how to navigate the firewall's perimeters to view websites that are of interest, yet are blocked by a company's network administrator.

Instructions

1. Go to stupidcensorship.com.

2. Enter the full web address that you are unable to view into the brown web address box on the page. The information above the correct box is labeled "PHP Proxy". Click the "Go" button.

3. View any security certificate error pages that appear. Since your blocked website may actually be listed as a potential virus threat by your browser, you will need to click the "allow security exception" button to allow the website to appear. Some browsers may allow the blocked website to appear with first showing the security threat page. This will all depend on the level of security that you have enabled within your computer's firewall section.
