How to Deep Clean Tile

Things You'll Need
- Baking soda
- Vinegar
- Water
- Cleaning bucket
- Soft scrub brush
- Mop or cleaning rags

Dampen the tile slightly by wiping with a wet mop or cleaning rag.

Sprinkle a coating of baking soda over the entire tile and grout surface.

Pour 1 gallon of warm water and 1 cup of vinegar into a cleaning bucket.

Dip a soft scrub brush into the cleaning solution, then scrub the wet brush over the tile using small, firm circular scrubs.

Wipe the entire tiled area with a wet cloth or mop after deep cleaning, and dry with a clean cloth or mop. The vinegar solution has disinfected your tile, while the baking soda is a slightly abrasive cleaning element that effectively deep-cleans the tile and grout.
