The Sears MasterCard can be a good choice for frequent Sears shoppers.

If Sears is one of your favorite stores, carrying a Sears co-branded MasterCard allows you to earn points and rewards by shopping. There are several ways to get answers about your account, get your rewards balance or cash in your points.

Instructions

1. Turn your Sears MasterCard over and look for the customer service number on the back of the card. Call the customer service number and navigate through the voice mail prompts.

2. Choose the appropriate prompt to get your current account balance, payment amount due and rewards information. The voice mail options change from time to time, so listen to the prompts carefully.

3. Log on to your account by going to Citibank.com. If your Sears MasterCard is not yet registered, click the "Register" button and enter the full account number. Enter the information requested to verify your identity, then create a user ID and password for use with your Sears MasterCard.
