How to Configure Speed Dial
Speed Dial is a feature of the Opera Web browser that allows quick navigation to frequently visited or favorite websites. Speed Dial is a grid of user-created website thumbnails that act as icons when Opera is loaded. Opera users can configure the number of thumbnails, image properties and visibility of the Speed Dial elements from the Opera start page. A background image may also be set in the Speed Dial array.

Launch the Opera Web browser from its installed location.

Click the "Configure Speed Dial" link below the bottom-right speed element. A configuration menu appears.

Check the "Enable background image" radio button and navigate to a selected image. This sets a background image behind the Speed Dial thumbnail elements.

Select the number of columns and rows you wish to use in displaying the number of Speed Dial thumbnail elements. Each element is be one clickable website.

Select the "Hide Speed Dial" radio button if you do not wish the Speed Dial page to launch as Opera's start page.
