How to Send a Free Fax Internationally

There are many easy-to-use online faxing services. eFax or TrustFax are examples of services that can send your fax internationally. You can use their free fax trials -- usually for 30 days -- after which you have to purchase a monthly plan. Some other websites, like FaxZERO, allow you to send free faxes without a trial, but there are a few rules, such as it prints an ad on the cover page and you are only allowed to send two free faxes per day.

Instructions

Through FaxZERO

1. Visit https://faxzero.com/international/ and select the country that you want to send the fax to from the list.

2. Enter the “Sender” and the “Receiver” information.

3. Attach a .doc, .docx or.pdf file to fax. You can upload only one file per fax. If you do not have a file, you can simply enter some text in the text box. You cannot add both fax and the attachment in one fax.

4. Enter the confirmation code as shown in the image next to it.

5. Click “Send Free Fax Now.”

Using Free Trials

1. Choose either TrustFax or eFax for the free trial. You can find links to their websites in Resources below.

2. Click on “30 Day Trial”/“Sign up” when you open the website.

3. Fill out the registration form. Even though you are signing up for a free trial only, the website will ask you for your credit card information. Do not worry about being charged because when the trial period expires, you can just close your account on the website.

4. Select the country, region and area code where you want to fax from the drop-down list.

5. Enter the recipient’s fax information and upload the document that you want to send. Click on “Fax” and the document will be sent to the recipient.
