How to Find DMV Court Records for Washington
The Washington state Department of Motor Vehicles grants access to your own driving record, which includes traffic tickets, accidents and arrests, as well as that of another person. However, in order to legally view someone else's driving record, you must have a legal and valid reason. The people or entities that have the right to apply for a copy of another person's driving record include lawyers, schools, transit authorities and employers.
