How to Install a Game on a Memory Card
Memory cards have increased in popularity as more consumers have purchased cellular phones and digital cameras. SD cards, microSD cards and miniSD cards are the three types of memory cards available. The storage capacity for these memory cards is immense and can support the installation and storage of large programs, like games. Memory cards also allow for greater convenience than traditional CDs, because they are more easily transportable and less prone to damage from scratching.

Insert your memory card into the appropriate memory card reader slot.

Open "My Computer" by clicking on the "Start" button. Navigate to where the installation folder of your game is located. If located on a CD, right-click on the CD-ROM icon and select "Explore." Double-click on "Setup.exe" to begin the installation of the game. If installing from your hard drive, locate the file named "Setup.exe" and double-click on the icon to begin installation of the game. Follow the install wizard instructions to begin the installation.

Click on the "Browse" button when you reach the program directory window of the install wizard. This window will ask you where you wish to install your game. Click on "My Computer" in the Browse pop-up window. Double-click on the folder associated with your memory card.

Click on the "Next" button.

Follow the onscreen instructions and prompts, and click the "Install" button to complete the installation of the game to the memory card.
