How to Pay Via a PayPal Form
The PayPal website is a service that allows you to send and receive money to anyone in the world by linking your checking account or credit card to the account. Your PayPal account is able to store money to be used for purchases, or you can have PayPal automatically charge your credit card or checking account to cover the purchase. Once logged in, you can use your PayPal account to send money to someone by entering his email address, or you can click the "Pay" button on a website to purchase an item.

Go to PayPal.com and log in to your account with your email address and password. If you don't have an account, click on "Sign Up" and follow the directions.

Click the "Send Money" tab at the top of the browser window, then enter the recipient's email address or mobile phone number in the "To" field.

Enter the payment amount and click the drop-down menu next to the payment field to select the currency.

Select the circle next to "Goods," "Services" or "eBay Items" and click the "Continue" button.

Read over the payment form. Click on "Send Money" to notify the recipient of the PayPal payment.
