Neopets is an online game community that allows you to customize a pet, get a house and items for it and play games to earn points and awards. Each player has a user page that displays their pet, their info and any other pictures or links they want to share. You can customize your user page with different backgrounds and layouts provided by the site, or you can make your own. CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) is the embedded system that the site uses and with a few simple steps you can make a blank user page.

Things You'll Need

• Neopets Account

Instructions

1. Go to your Neopets user page, make sure you're signed in, click "Customize page" on the top-right of the screen and choose the "Customize Code" option.

2. Type (or copy and paste) the following into the first line of the code box:

   <style> *, * * {display: none;} </style>

3. Save and refresh your user page. The code above will select everything on the page and keep it all from being displayed. Know that while your page now appears blank, users can right-click to see source code and information that the Neopets site has stored for your username.

4. Upload a large, blank white picture into the top-left corner if you'd prefer not to use CSS code. It will still cover up the screen, although people with high screen resolutions may still see something around the edge if it's not at least 1080x1280 pixels.

Tips & Warnings

• Don't use your own name or display any of your personal information on Neopets, especially if you are under 18.

• If you make a mistake while creating your own code and can't fix it or retrieve your page, send an email to the Neopets staff and they'll fix it.
