Connect to Netzero using your desktop shortcut.

Disconnect from your Netzero connection by right-clicking on the dial-up connection icon in your system tray and selecting the "Disconnect" option.

Wait for the connection to fully disconnect.

Connect to Netzero again using your desktop shortcut. Once your connection is active, your IP address is different than the IP address you had the last time you connected.
