Autocomplete is a convenient feature that almost every Web browser has. It generates suggestions based upon your previously visited website address history so you don't have to type out the entire URL each time you visit a website. To access autocomplete, all you have to do is type an address in the address bar.

Instructions

      Begin typing the website you wish to revisit into the address bar.

      Click on the autocomplete result that matches the address history to the website you want to visit.

    • 3

      Press the "Enter" key to go to the website.

Tips & Warnings

  • You can see what's currently in the autocomplete history by clicking the down arrow on the address bar.

  • Once you clear your Internet history, your address bar history is cleared too.
