How to Force Windows to Remember a Password
When a computer with the Microsoft Windows operating system is on a network, and the network administrator makes the "Remember Password" option available to users, instructing Windows to remember a password is as simple as clicking a button at the login screen. On a stand-alone computer, Windows may be configured to forego the password prompt and allow users to access the computer without a login. Note that bypassing the login process dramatically decreases the level of security for the computer and is not advised if more than one user accesses the computer.
