Chase online banking allows you to manage your bank accounts online, providing you up-to-date information about your account. Chase online banking also allows you to pay your bills by linking them to your checking account. Checking your Chase online account is simple and fast.

Instructions

      Enroll in Chase online banking at Chase's website (see Resources). Click "Enroll Now."

      Choose your account type. Choose a business account if you have a business bank account tied to your business. Otherwise, choose a personal account. Type your Chase debit card number or Chase bank account number in the box titled "Account or debit card number." Enter your Social Security number in the box titled "Social Security Number."

      Create your user ID. Type it in the "User ID" box. Click "Next."

      Type the three-digit security code on the back of your Chase debit card. Click "Next." Enter your desired password, which must be at least six letters. Click "Next." Choose "I agree" on the legal agreements page. Click "Next."

      Confirm your account. After you click "Confirm," your account has been created. You will be taken to your account page, where you will see your checking and savings accounts.

      Click "Log Out" after you're finished viewing your Chase bank account.

Tips & Warnings

  • If someone has already selected your preferred user ID, you will be notified of it when you select "Next." Choose another user ID and select "Next" again.
