Windows XP Internet Options Won't Open
The Internet Options menu in the Internet browser of your Windows XP option should not be difficult to open. If it won't open, you likely have damage to the software that necessitates immediate repair. This is accomplished by reinstalling the version of Internet Explorer for your copy of Windows XP, a process that can be completed in just a few minutes.

Click on the link in Resources.

Select your country from the drop down menu and select your version of Windows XP.

Click "Download" to obtain the appropriate version of Internet Explorer for your computer.

Click "Open" and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation, overwriting the faulty files that are preventing you from opening your Internet Options menu.
