How to Address Business Holiday Cards
As the holidays approach, many business owners send holiday cards to customers and clients. Not only is this a personal gesture of goodwill, but it also serves to maintain contact with clients. These holiday cards are a business tool that will help keep a connection between business and customer, and extending a personal message inside the card serves to cement this connection further. Address business holiday cards personally to prepare them for sending.

1
Select high quality holiday cards to send to your customers and clients. Choose cards in a heavy weight paper with vivid color photos or illustrations. Find holiday cards with a tasteful design that will appeal to the average customer--avoid religious holiday cards to ensure you do not inadvertently offend a customer.
-
2
Write a short personal note in each holiday card (including names of a spouse and children, if applicable). One or two handwritten sentences inside the card will show customers and clients that you care enough to send a personal card.

3
Place the holiday cards into the envelopes and address each envelope by hand. Write each recipient's name and home address on the envelopes and write your own business return address on the envelope as well.
