How to Delete Addresses From MSN Messenger Privacy List
Windows Live Messenger (formerly MSN Messenger) allows you to protect your privacy using the Block and Allow lists. Blocked users are prevented from seeing your status and sending you messages. The Allow list is an optional feature that lets you restrict incoming instant messages to a specific list of people. Both lists can be edited at any time to remove a user.
