How to Block a Website Address
The ability to block a specific website can be helpful, especially if you are a parent, school administrator or business owner. This may be essential if you find that certain URLs are detrimental to you in some way. One of the easiest ways to do this is by simply adding the website to your browser's list of blocked URLs. However, this method is not entirely effective, as it is limited to a specific browser. Modifying a unique Windows file, on the other hand, is more helpful as it restricts access to sites on all browsers installed on your computer.
