How to Disable a Windows Popup Blocker
Windows provides users with several security functions, including a firewall and popup blocker. A popup blocker disallows popup messages from websites, which cuts down on advertisements and malicious code execution. The Windows popup blocker can be an annoyance, especially when legitimate websites are unable to create popups in your browser. You can disable the popup blocker in the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser.
