How to Make a Proxy for Free
If you have ever tried to get onto a website and found that your IP address has been blocked, you know the frustration of some Internet filters. One solution that you can implement to get around these Internet filters are known as proxy servers. Although many users will go through other people's proxy servers, setting up your own proxy server free is not as hard as you might think.
