How to Remove Dried Chewing Gum from Clothes
Chewing gum can become a sticky mess if it ends up on your clothes. Chewing gum is made out of chicle, which is a rubber-like sap found in trees. When chewed, the gum becomes very sticky and can adhere to any surface. You can easily remove dried chewing gum from clothing by following a few quick, easy steps. Does this Spark an idea?

Place the chewing gum-stained garment in the freezer. Leave the garment in the freezer for six hours in order to harden the chewing gum.

If the garment is too big to put in the freezer, you can also use ice cubes. Place the ice cubes directly on the chewing gum stain, until it hardens.

Remove the garment from the freezer and use the butter knife to scrap off the dried chewing gum.

Apply a small amount of laundry stain remover to the stain if there is any residue left over from the dried chewing gum. Follow the manufacturer's directions for the stain remover.

Wash the garment with laundry detergent as you normally would.
