How to Convert an AAC to MP3 Freeware
AAC files closely resemble the more popular MP3 format, but allow for certain benefits, including a better handling of high frequencies. Many programs, including Apple iTunes, use AAC as the standard method for importing and ripping CDs. However, many users prefer the MP3 format because more programs and devices understand it. Luckily, many freeware websites will convert AAC files into MP3s.
