      Spray foaming coil cleaner straight onto the evaporator coil. Coat the entire surface evenly.

      Watch the no-rinse foam break down the dirt on the coil. There is no need to scrub the coil at all.

      Observe the cleaner as it liquefies and runs down the coil. This rinses the coil off, thereby removing dirt.

      Check that the PVC line is algae free and has no clogs. Pour a solution of equal parts water and bleach into the drain pan. This will keep the line clear.

  • Clean the coil on a hot day because the air conditioning will rinse the coils with its condensation.
