How to Print in Booklet Format

A booklet is a printing format in Microsoft Word, which is the primary Windows native office utility for creating and printing documents. If you have created a booklet, Microsoft Word supports functionality that will allow you to print the booklet on standard printer paper. Printing in the booklet format is an easy operation that takes about ten minutes to complete.

Instructions

1. Open Microsoft Word and open your booklet document.

2. Click on the “Page Layout” tab and select the “Page Setup” option.

3. Change the bottom, inside, outside, and top margins to 0.5 inches.

4. Click on “Book Fold” and change the orientation to “landscape.”

5. Set the number of “Sheets per booklet” to “Auto” and then click “OK.”

6. Click on the “Microsoft Office” button, then select the “Print” option.

7. Click on “OK” and Microsoft Word will begin to print your document in booklet format.
