- Drill
- Masonry drill bit
- Masonry anchors
- Stud finder
- Wood drill bit
- Wood screws

Masonry Installation

Mark the location on your structure where you wish to attach your flag bracket.

Drill a pilot hole to install masonry anchors. Size your masonry anchors to the size of the screws provided for your flag bracket. Follow the manufacturer's directions on the masonry anchors to drill the proper size pilot hole using a masonry drill bit.

Insert the masonry anchor into the wall. Install your flag bracket by threading the masonry screws through the screw holes on the bracket and into the structure.
Wood Installation

Use a stud finder to locate an exterior wall stud on your structure. Mark the location on your structure where you will attach your flag bracket.

Drill pilot holes into the wall to install wood screws. Choose a wood drill bit one size smaller than the wood screws you chose to hang your flag bracket.

Attach your flag bracket. Hold the flag bracket against the wall and thread the wood screws through the holes in the bracket and into your structure.
