JavaScript is a scripting language that is used throughout the Internet. Without it enabled on your browser, you would not be able to experience certain Web content on your Microsoft computer. To enable JavaScript, you will need to spend about two minutes digging into your browser settings.

      Open Internet Explorer.

      Click on "Tools" in the main menu bar. Scroll down and click "Internet Options."

      Hit the "Security" tab. Select the "Internet" zone. Hit the "Custom Level" button.

      Find all of the scripting items in the list of options. Put the radio button next to "Enable."

      Click the "OK" and "Yes" buttons when you are finished.

      Launch your Firefox browser.
