Log in to the Yahoo account service business control panel to which you have subscribed, whether it be to Yahoo domains, Yahoo web hosting or both.

Click the "Cancel Plan" button located beneath the service you want to cancel.

Input the required information to verify that you want to cancel your Yahoo business subscription. The Yahoo payment will stop coming out of your credit card.

Save copies of all your website files before canceling your Yahoo account because you will no longer have access to your account once it is canceled.
To cancel a Yahoo Store account, which is any Legacy Store created before September 2003, you have to call 1-866-858-8106 anytime from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST.
You will no longer to be able to access any tools or the account dashboard associated with the canceled Yahoo plan.
