Every search term that you enter into Google search on your iPod Touch will be saved in the Safari history. You may need to delete the Google search history on the iPod Touch if your Safari browser is running slowly. Deleting the Google search history on the device will also help maintain your privacy. Erasing the iPod Touch Google history will delete search entries without causing you to lose any bookmarks you've saved in the Safari browser.
